Exceptions & Variances Update

The Sublette COVID-19 Response Group is currently reviewing the Wyoming Guidance for Public Officials on Covid-19. The Sublette County Health Officer is assessing the recent changes proposed by the Wyoming Public Health Orders.

To that end, the Health Officer is developing a process to accept applications for Countywide Variance Orders or Specific Exception requests, and convening a panel to consider those requests.

While the Health Officer is not accepting applications for variances or exceptions at this time since the process is under development, additional information will be posted on thesublettewycovid.comwebsite as it becomes available.
