Sunday, November 15, 2020 update:
The Wyoming Department of Health (WDH) reports 8 new COVID-19 cases in Sublette County today. Sublette County has 63 active cases, 204 recoveries, and one death, for a cumulative total of 268 cases.
Sublette County Public Heath reports there are 140 people in isolation or recommended quarantine in the Big Piney, Bondurant, Daniel, Marbleton, and Pinedale areas.
Recent dramatic increases in Wyoming's case counts have impacted the ability of public health representatives to handle the volume of contact tracing, so earlier this month the WDH changed its protocols to focus contact tracing on residents who test positive for the coronavirus. These cases are issued isolation orders, but their close contacts are now recommended to quarantine. Close contacts may also receive calls at times from public health representatives, but only in certain priority situations and settings, according to WDH.
