Sublette County Public Health Update: December 10, 2021
COVID Update
The Wyoming Department of Health reported 12 new COVID-19 cases in Sublette County in the past week. There are currently 5 active cases in Sublette County, with 1,474 recoveries and 23 deaths, for a total of 1,502 cases since the pandemic began.
Sublette County moved down to the Light Green or Low Transmission Zone for community spread this week reflecting the continued decrease in cases in the past two weeks. (source: https://health.wyo.gov/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/County-Metrics-December-8-2021.pdf)
Flu & COVID-19 Vaccines
As of December 6, 2021 – 3,198 people, or 32.53% of our population, have been fully vaccinated in Sublette County. Public Health administered over 200 doses of COVID vaccine at our clinics this week.
Public Health continues to offer weekly COVID vaccine clinics for ages 5+ years. Flu vaccinations are available at our scheduled clinics or by appointment on other days.
Walk-ins will be accepted but priority will be given to our scheduled clients. Please call 307-367-2157 to schedule an appointment. All types of COVID vaccines (Pfizer, Peds Pfizer, Moderna, & Janssen) are offered at our weekly clinics.

10 am to 4 pm for flu and COVID vaccinations/boosters.

Please bring your COVID vaccine card and completed vaccine consent form with you. We ask that you wear a mask in our offices for your appointment.

Booster Doses
Pfizer booster doses approved this week for 16 & 17 year old teens that received their second dose at least six months ago.
Pfizer & Moderna booster doses have been approved for anyone 18+ that received their second dose at least six months prior.
J&J booster doses approved for anyone 18+ that received their first dose at least 2 months ago.
Mixing types of vaccine for booster doses is allowed.
